*Our products are dyed using inkjet dyeing, which has less impact on the environment than auto screen dyeing, which uses dye stencils.
Generally, dyeing processes use a large amount of water.
For example, auto screen dyeing uses about 90 tons of water per day.
This is because it is needed to clean tools such as the belts on the dyeing table and the dye stencils.
In inkjet dyeing, water is only used to clean a small portion of the tools.
This reduces water consumption to about 4 tons per day (a reduction of about 95%).
Furthermore, no waste dye liquid is produced, which can pollute rivers.
